My goal is to be affordable and competitive with my pricing. Since my business covers everything technology related, most services are charged by time rather than specific service.
Standard Prices
$60 per hour of service. This is billed at a 1 hour minimum, and rounded to 15 minute increments after that. I do not charge for travel time within 15 miles. The clock starts when I arrive and ends when I leave. If service involves me taking a device with me, I will only charge for time actively working on the device. In other words, if it takes 2 hours for Windows Updates to download, but only 15 minutes of actual work, the charge will be 15 minutes.
A small charge will apply for house-calls further than 15 miles from my home.
Media Conversion
$15 per item digitized regardless of type (VHS, audio cassette, Hi-8, etc). Digitizing photos is billed at $15 per 25 photos. If you want your media on a flash drive they are $5 or you can provide your own. If a DVD is needed they are $2.
Payment methods
Most clients choose to pay with cash (I do not carry change) or Venmo. I can also accept card or check if absolutely necessary.
